• Oversee the day-to-day of the factory and warehouse.

• Oversee installation of our Preventive|Biocidal surfaces in three hospitals during new construction phase.
• Manage staffing needs for all three sites.
• Attend meetings with key stakeholders.
• Responsible for the lifecycle of all products, from inception to sunset.
• Design, model, and test prototypes for new products.
• Conduct research and create design proposals for new and continued product development.
• Identify and select materials needed based on performance, and production criteria.
• Develop appropriate production processes and continually evaluate them.
Responsible for the design, architecture, implementation, and upkeep of an online sale system of over 10,000 items. Supporting roughly 40 end users daily.
Designer and developer for web sites and promotional media for businesses of all sizes. Utilized contemporary design to create concise web sites for specific client needs. Site creation included use of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, MySQL, Adobe Flash, Adobe Dreamweaver, PHP, online payment features, and form processing.
